Georgia DeMolays Attend Alabama Reception
HUNTSVILLE, AL - On September 12, six active DeMolays from two chapters made the journey to Huntsville,
Alabama to attend the reception for Alabama State Master Councilor Alex Hood. Making the trip were Jacob
Somers, State Junior Councilor, Kyle Tew, Hunter Arceneaux, Collin Peters, Peter Bard, all from Samuel S.
Lawrence Chapter. They were joined by Tommy Troxell from Mountain Park Chapter. There was a brief opening
ceremony, during which Jacob Somers pitched in and filled the part of Chaplain, which he also did for Nine
O'clock Interpolation, followed by dance which lasted until 11 PM. Attending the reception were DeMolays
from Florida, Tennesee, Georgia, Mississippi, and Alabama.
